As our next Senior C# Developer, you’ll play a central role in building, optimizing, and scaling web APIs and sophisticated backend services that power our dynamic platform. Your expertise will directly shape the future of candidate experiences for users across the globe. You’ll partner with forward-thinking engineers, designers, and product enthusiasts who are as excited as you are about delivering best-in-class web solutions.
Architect, develop, and maintain scalable Web APIs and backend services to power our next-gen platform; Lead design discussions and code reviews to ensure quality and best practices; Partner with product owners, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions; Optimize code for speed, scalability, and security; Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement; Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across production and development environments; Stay ahead of industry trends and champion new technologies relevant to our stack; Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience developing with C# in a commercial environment; Expert knowledge and hands-on experience designing, building, and optimizing Web APIs (RESTful services); Proficiency with .NET frameworks and associated cloud technologies (Azure/AWS preferred); Solid understanding of software architecture and object-oriented programming principles; Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar); Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices; Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail; Excellent communication skills and eagerness to collaborate in a team; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree is a plus); Experience in recruitment tech or SaaS environments is highly desirable.
